DESCRIPTION:Are you interested in the photonics industry? Then we have something for you!  Photonics uses photons instead of electrons to transfer information. This can be used to create more  energy-efficient\, faster\, and more accurate microchips. \nDuring this lunch lecture you will learn more about the possibilities for work and study in the field of photonics. Andrea Fiore will give a short introduction and will talk about the new MasterPlus Optics&Photonics program. Furthermore\, former students that work in the field of photonics will give some talks about their experiences. Representatives from the PhotonDelta ecosystem will also give pitches.
